THIN WALLS!

Pros:
The super is super nice and responsible. He does a great job of keep the building tidy.
Cons:
Super thin walls!!! I can hear my neighbors cough! Open drawers! And I have a neighbor above me that has cement blocks in his feet and stomps so hard he wakes me up! FYI I’m born and raised in Brooklyn, these walls are paper thin! Also there’s a bigger building transformer that hums all day.
Advice to owner:
Not sure but talk to contractor to see what solutions they offer. The noise is intolerable!
