Good space with flaws

Pros:
Had a large studio, super friendly and responsive super
Cons:
Floors can be heavily slanted, water bug issue for a few months, but exterminator comes once a month and problem went away

Pros:
Lived here for almost 6 years with very few complaints. Convenient location, decent management company, AMAZING super who is incredibly responsive and will look out for you. Only had heat issues a handful of times. Neighbors are pretty great.
Cons:
There are roaches but exterminator comes by regularly. Building faces the street so you’ll trade noise levels for light.
Advice to owner:
Better pest control
