Pros:
management was super responsive and never had any issues with water temp or pressure. bar downstairs was never too loud or rowdy.
Cons:
basement garbage area was consistently dirty. flex bedrooms are quite small - can fit a full bed and little more.

Elevator would sometimes jump floors, on an extremely loud street, had very loud construction going on the outside/roof of the building the whole time I lived there, shower would take up to 10 minutes to get hot
