Great Building Overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Super friendly and helpful doormen - Organized & responsive building management - Clean hallways - Quiet & friendly neighbors - Spacious units at good value
Cons:
- Noisy for units above 3rd Ave (loud trucks, sirens, and motorcycles at all hours) - Had a cockroach problem in kitchen - not sure the root cause since they kept coming despite cleanliness of kitchen. But building has been responsive with weekly exterminator visits.
