    Nice condo building

    Pros:
    Staff is nice and there's a freight elevator. Not too much traffic.
    Cons:
    Soundproofing isn't great (from the outside) but neighborhood is usually quiet

    Clean building with amazing doormen and handy men - always helpful
    Cons:
    No outdoor space on roof or fitness amenities

    Keep up the good work

    - Super friendly and helpful doormen
    - Organized & responsive building management
    - Clean hallways
    - Quiet & friendly neighbors
    - Spacious units at good value
    Cons:
    - Noisy for units above 3rd Ave (loud trucks, sirens, and motorcycles at all hours)
    - Had a cockroach problem in kitchen - not sure the root cause since they kept coming despite cleanliness of kitchen. But building has been responsive with weekly exterminator visits.
    Advice to owner:
    Install double paned windows to help noise-proof.
