Overpriced Murray Hill
Former Tenant
Pros:
Updated interiors and our unit has in-unit W/D. The latch system was great to use especially for guests. Packages rarely got stolen. Good amount of closet space.
Cons:
Only 1 elevator for the whole building and it’s small. Management isn’t the most responsive and they kicked out the in-building super so it takes longer to get help now. Saw cockroaches and a few mice before we moved out since it’s an old building that they renovated to make it look nice but definitely still has old building problems. They don’t return security deposits in a timely manner and don’t follow the laws with how they should be taken care of (should be in an interest bearing account and renters should receive that interest).

Convenient location, lousy neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is neat, doors are app managed
Cons:
Elevator works poorly, no mask mandate for tenants, laundry room is small, not super clean and quite expensive

Bad elevator and Bad Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighborhood and a nice super.
Cons:
Really bad management. Elevator kept breaking and would go without working for weeks. Management absolutely did not care. They would lie and give excuses.
Advice to owner:
Don’t lie to tenants.

Great place to live especially because of location!
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived here for 3 years and honestly loved my time here! The location is amazing because it’s literally across the street from grand central and the super is SO sweet and responsive to any issues you have! Downsides were the occasional cockroach in the laundry room and the unreliable elevator situation. But other than that, I’d definitely recommend this apartment.
Cons:
Basement laundry because there would be cockroaches sometimes and elevator that would break like every 2 weeks.
