Nice appliances, halls cleaned every week, laundry always worked

Cons

trash disposal was nasty, elevator constantly broken in weird ways, washing and drying clothes increased from 2 to 4 dollars a load

Decent building but poor management when critical

Pros

Apartments itself is well maintained, layout and space is good, decent sunlight for south facing apartments.

Cons

Common area management is poor (trash chutes not working, elevator often broken, not the 3/5 cleanliness). Decently responsive on non-emergency things like dishwasher, clogging, door handles, but VERY SLOW for critical things like hot water and heating. We've had 3 instances where heat was out and each time it took 3-7 days to restore. This was in winter.
