So many roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location - easy access to all subway lines
Cons:
1. so many roaches. so many... like 1 a week at least 2. the heat is insane
Advice to owner:

One of the worst landlords out there
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good amount of space in the apartments.
Cons:
Water heater constantly has problems, causing there to be frequent days of cold showers. When water turned off for a week straight the landlord ignored messages. There were several sanitation warnings from the city in the lobby as they keep the garbage in the entryway, and mice (landlord also made us take care of it ourselves).
Advice to owner:
Stop forcing tenants to have to call 311 on you and do your basic responsibilities.

No frills, non-harassing landlord... But packages get stolen
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, landlord is easy to work with (never have had an issue). Price is decent for location. The super is great too. They respond quickly to any issues
Cons:
Packages get stolen from lobby area.
Advice to owner:
Need better security for lobby.
