Well maintained, no major issues!
Pros
Building is clean and well maintained for how old it is! Good size 1-beds, many with in unit w/d. Maintenance guys are super nice, no pests of any kind in my unit for the past 5 years (not sure about others though).
Cons
Things break as expected in an older building, and the landlord is nice about it but it takes a while to get things fixed. For example, 4+ weeks to get washer/dryer replaced, landlord will say "guys are coming to fix it this afternoon" and they show up 3 days later... everything gets solved in the end but with some patience. If your unit faces 14th street it will get amazing sunlight but also a LOT of noise at night from people on the street/sirens etc.
