Unresponsive Mgmt, Rundown Building, Unreasonable Pricing

Pros:
Good location and relatively quiet building
Cons:
No response from management for any requests - from basic fixes to pest control
Garbage is often left unattended for weeks, commonly filled with rats and roaches roaming the floor.
Building is not attended or cleaned on a regular basis. Renovation work in common areas leaves clouds of dust and dirt that are not cleaned
Advice to owner:
Hire a consistent superintended and prioritize communicating with tenants

Pros:
Location, size, and basic renovation.
Cons:
Management company is lazy AF. Rats in the building, flies in our apartment.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants. Our lives are busy: We don't complain for no reason. Care, or get out of the building management business.

Location is great and apartments are large.
Cons:
Terrible pest control (rodents and roaches), trash room is terrible.
