200 E 15th
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen are extremely nice. Great location and overall reliable.
Cons:
Street noise from 3rd ave is constant. Bathroom and kitchen could use updates. Consistent rent increases YoY with no major improvements to the building or any to the unit.

Solid building with excellent doormen and super/facilities
Former Tenant
Pros:
- great, convenient location - friendly and helpful team of doormen - maintenance issues are addressed quickly - great sound insulation between floors as the floors have a very solid, thick weight to them
Cons:
- water pressure is pretty weak on the upper floors - sound insulation between walls isn’t the greatest but I’ve lucked out in terms of having quieter neighbors
