Great for the rent stable price

Pros:
Great building environment, elevator, very clean. Apartment can work if you use space well.
Cons:
There was an extreme amount of noise when living there between the upstairs neighbor waking up at 6am every day and stomping on the ground and the school nearby with the kids screaming on top of their lungs.
Advice to owner:
Require everyone to have carpeting

Pros:
Location, location, location. The elevator and laundry are nice bonuses
Cons:
Wacky heating, general lack of maintenance, abusive and otherwise absentee management, poor communication about building work, poor soundproofing between units and floors, dead cockroaches littering stairwell, disgusting water that makes you think twice before drinking it.
