Avoid this place!!!

Pros:
Great location, great doorman, super and porter. Huge unit
Cons:
Terrible vermin problem. Constant water issues where they are turning it off for days at a time. Management company so hard to get a hold of, it would take me 3 weeks to get in touch with a person.
Advice to owner:
Tear down the building and start over.

Pros:
The super is very helpful, respectful and responsive. The building could be charming but the management company invests no money in it.
Cons:
There are many pests (rats, mice + bugs),
There is a rent stabilized tenant who exposes himself in public areas of the building but there are no working cameras in the building so they can’t prove it (witnessed first hand).
There have been water leaks for at least a year that have not been properly fixed so everytime it rains there’s more water damage, mildew and mold. My bathroom ceiling has fallen three times now in 8 months.
Advice to owner:
Literally do everything differently

- The ceiling in our bathroom completely collapsed into the tub
- Lots of bugs
