New, nice, and clean but some short comings
Pros
The building is brand new so everything is really nice and clean. Doormen are awesome.
Cons
They definitely cut corners on certain things when constructing this building. Although sound proofing to the outside is good, there is zero sound proofing internally so can hear everything from my neighbor across the hall when in the living room. It is also a condo building so there are no smoking rules. Someone is ripping cigs in their apartment and it leaks through the vents into our apartment.
