    Small apartments, great location, good management

    Pros:
    Good location close to union square; nice layout
    Cons:
    There is a police station on the block, so it can be loud and police parking on street is weirdly annoying; small rooms and bathroom
    Advice to owner:
    Improve pest control, some rennovation in bathroom
