A lot of Laundry in building
Absolutely fantastic elevator operators and doormen (they are truly the best)
Super lives in the building and js incredibly responsive
Cons:

Awesome team, large apartments, cool old character
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love the elevator guys, they make everything so easy and the team is super responsive
Cons:
Wish it had a rooftop or somewhere to hang outside. Roaches exist but it isn’t a full blown problem, we see one every couple weeks or so though
Advice to owner:
Eradicate the roaches once and for all!
