If you value your health, peace of mind, and basic hygiene, avoid this building at all costs. The cockroach infestation here is completely out of control—and it’s been met with complete indifference from property management. For months, residents have been dealing with cockroaches in every part of the building: apartments, hallways, elevators—you name it. They crawl under doors and into living spaces no matter how clean you keep your unit. Management has failed to take timely action. It’s only after widespread complaints that they’ve started spraying the building weekly, which should tell you just how bad the problem has become. Weekly spraying is a band-aid for a much deeper issue, and the situation has only escalated. Tenants have been left to fend for themselves while dealing with unsafe, unsanitary living conditions. It’s unacceptable and deeply frustrating. Management has me purchasing my own sprays, traps, covers to plug up even my kitchen sink. Bottom line: this building is infested, mismanaged, and absolutely not worth your money. No one should live in these conditions, they should offer everyone a discount on their rents.
