Great place to live

Pros:
The super and building staff here are excellent - very responsive and kind. The building seems to be fairly quiet despite most people seeming somewhat young.
Cons:
No laundry in unit. Management company is hard to work with.

Good from afar, but far from good!

Pros:
Great location. Wonderful building staff (super, doorman, porter)
Cons:
Heating is practically non-existent, and requires you to turn on internal AC - so electrical costs are astronomical for a small apartment. Landlords don’t care about well-being of the tenants. Found cockroaches throughout building.

The management company is lucky that they got blessed with the most genuine super and doorman.
Cons:
Really was not a fan of how unresponsive the management company was.
