Best Apartment I’ve Had in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
No bugs other than tiny ones in the 2 years I’ve lived here. The management is relatively responsive, but only once you email them. I think all apartments in the building are studios, and the walls are relatively hard to hear through.
Cons:
You can hear everyone in the hallway through the door, and some people come in late and scream very loudly. I’ve also now had TWO instances where water comes out through lighting, but the super has been relatively responsive when this happens, it’s just unsafe and gross. The appliances are all outdated and no laundry in the building. Ming at Best Laundry next door is great though!
Advice to owner:
Update your appliances if you’re going to charge as much as you do for studios
