Good bang for your buck
Former Tenant
Pros:
Reasonably priced rent, friendly owner who is really responsive, no rats/no roaches, quiet building on a fairly quiet street. Heat works well and water pressure is perfect.
Cons:
Sometimes the super takes a while to tend to issues. And sometimes the lobby/stairs aren't the cleanest.

Responsive management and free of bugs for the most part
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building location was great, pretty safe neighborhood. Haven’t had any issues with the building itself, mild plumbing issue sometimes but not too bad. Aside from the initial move in, I haven’t had any issues with bugs.
Cons:
The heat in my apartment was inconsistent. It was freezing during most day times and hot at night. Sometimes, the plumbing went down slow at times.
