Love my home
Former Tenant
Pros:
The best water pressure ever! Shower is amazing
Cons:
25th Street can be busy,.as there is an exit off the JFK. On the flip side, it is easy to get too.
Advice to owner:
Thank you!

Unprofessional, rude, never gave us our papers
Former Tenant
Pros:
affordable rent during the rent spike
Included water and heat
Cons:
Horrible floors (my bed is crooked because they failed to let us know the floor is broken and we didn't notice because the broker was rushing us out the apartment.)
Didn't properly clean stuff when we initially moved in.
People steal packages for some reason here but not sure if it's residents or random people.
Horrible lighting and too small.
Heater never turns on when it's freezing.
Small appliances.
No room to store anything.
Not the apartment's issue but very rude broker that barely showed us the place and pressured and took advantage of us into the lease because we were rushing before school started.
Advice to owner:
Get better super and brokers. Fix the FLOORS. My bed literally rocks because the legs don't sit even.

Mixed experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location to transportation and dishwasher
Cons:
Pests, very hot, lost mail

Not a bad building at all
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized building and LL let’s u sign a 2 year lease at a time. Not bad location at all, very clean building. Super lives here and him and his wife are always cleaning etc. anything broken will be fixed pretty fast even though it’s covid. Landlord is like the nicest guy. The agent he uses though is kinda a tool but it doesn’t matter bec the landlords nice which is RARE in nyc.
Cons:
For whatever reason Saturday mornings are LOUD. Why? Idk. It’s just so fucking loud as the supers taking our garbage and god knows what else is happening. I wish I could sleep in but by 9am u have
Maintenance people yelling on top of their lungs. That’s the only downside.
Advice to owner:
Please ask staff to keep it down on weekend mornings so we can sleep in!!
