RUN BY CRIMINALS - STAY FAR AWAY

EVERYTHING! -apartments are rented to jerks who don’t care what time of day it is, they’ll smoke weed and blast music at 4 am on a Tuesday night -if you like cockroaches and mice in your apartment this is the place for you -your packages will get stolen -the Super is the absolute worst human on the planet. Want people to walk through your apartment without you knowing? You’ve come to the right place -did I say mice already? -the management company is the worst people you’ll have to deal with -ceiling leaks and no response from management!
Advice to owner:
You should be ashamed of yourselves for running the most disgusting building in manhattan that should be imploded
