Overall decent for the money

Pros:
Clean, decent location, no major problems.
Cons:
Not much light. Heater made too much noise during the winter, making it difficult to sleep, but this may have been fixed since I moved out.
Advice to owner:
Make sure heater noise is fixed if it hasn't been already.

Pros:
I have never seen a bug in this building, the renters are generally quiet and friendly.
Cons:
Everything is fine/acceptable. If you want your kitchen and bathroom sprayed for bugs every month you have to be home on that day to let them in.
