Simple rental building, no frills
Former Tenant
Pros:
Easy to set up automatic pay, laundry room is clean, management handles things so you don’t deal with brokers
Cons:
My unit has a draft and I rely on space heaters, which makes my ConEd skyrocket
Advice to owner:
Counter space would improve the living experience
