Good building, great prices
Former Tenant
Pros:
A nice small elevator building with live in super. Good street and area. Laundry in building. Bathrooms new and clean. Great price for what you’re getting and the area its in.
Cons:
AC broke one summer and the apartment was suffocating. Had a rat problem one summer as well. Owner and management (sofia) is super annoying to talk to and not a nice person.
