Friendly building and neighborhood

Pros:
Good neighbors, good location, well maintained building
Cons:
the walls are a bit thin, so it’s easy to hear neighbors at times

Pros:
They can’t keep a good super here. They fire all the good ones! We just had one that was great they let him go.
Cons:
Building needs to be maintained better. Garbage is a mess outside especially on the weekends the building needs to be painted and cleaned more.
