Horrible landlord and overpriced in every way
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was the cheapest option to my school.
Cons:
I don’t know where to start. We had carbon monoxide leakage from the old boiler in the basement. Dave, the landlord, would lie and say he fixed the issues when the alarm went off on 2 more separate occasions. He only decided to fix the boiler when we threatened a lawsuit. Don’t live here if you want to deal with a horrible landlord, potential carbon monoxide poisoning, old ceilings that flake paint constantly, water that turns cold at random, and so much more. He also decided to raise the rent.
