Good location, no love for building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location to easily get to downtown neighborhoods.
Cons:
On the path to the hospitals so sirens constantly. Near intersection so car horns from impatient drivers during. Terrible mouse problem. Infestation. Reported to health department. Rude and uncooperative receptionist at the head office. Dirty lobby. Grime build up all along base of the walls. Terrible flooding in the lobby when it rains hard and landlord let’s the water sit too long before handling.
Advice to owner:
Clean the place correctly. Seal the apartments behind kitchen cabinets, baseboards and anywhere mice get in. Care about your building and your tenants.

You can do better
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location and neighborhood are great.
Cons:
The building was not well maintained. It was also very noisy with poor sound insulation. The Super was not very responsive.
