Pleasant Living Experience

Pros

This building is nicely renovated, has great appliances, is very clean, and has no pests! It is run very well and very responsibly, and management is extremely attentive.

Cons

The bedrooms are uneven and even though all rooms do technically have windows, one of those windows is into the air shaft which is not very pleasant.

Building management was quick to reach out to the source of the noise, but it would be up to the tenants to mitigate. Keep in mind, there’s no sound proofing or insulation in the building for noise pollution so you’re going to hear everything from day-to-day living, neighbors being intimate, and any party (no matter the floor) will sound like its happening in your own kitchen. This is an ideal building for a college student or recent grad. Anyone who has outgrown that stage should probably look elsewhere.
