Worst management company ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, well taken care of, upgraded
Cons:
Terrible management. Black mold issue for months, never taken care of. We have emailed for months, called for months, and nothing was ever done until 4 months of nonstop calling and emailing. They had no problem sending us emails when rent was due or a couple days late. Absolutely terrible. When they did “fix” the mold, it was the cheapest slap job ever and didn’t fix the issue
Advice to owner:
Take your tenants health seriously!!!!

Horrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location and some neighbors are nice
Cons:
The management company is terrible to work with. We have had sinks that have been leaking for nearly three years with no repairs- even after repeated requests. Rent is entirely overpriced given how outdated, damaged and broken most things are including- doors, fridge, floors peeling etc. Downstairs neighbors throw parties until 5 am on random weeknights. Mail constantly gets stolen and door is left unlocked which causes complete strangers to stop inside on the steps.
Advice to owner:
All around be better, and at least do the bare minimum for your tenants.

Loud neighborhood + bad super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, building management is responsive although the super isn’t.
Cons:
It takes forever for any work to get done. Lots of bugs.
Advice to owner:
Get a new super.

Worst Super/Landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
Normal heating and water, duplex with lots of space (but don’t let that fool you)
Cons:
Unresponsive landlord. I haven’t seen the Super in months. He literally runs away when you try to talk to him in person. Cockroach infested. They’ve been crawling through holes in the wall and cupboards we’ve been begging to get fixed for months to no avail. We found some crawling over the kitchen counter too. There was no hot water twice this winter, lots of college kids throwing loud parties till 3-4 am despite several noise complaints. Just stay away from this house
Advice to owner:
You should be ashamed of yourselves. No advice because you are a lost cause.

We have roaches
Former Tenant
Pros:
all amenities work fine, good location
Cons:
Lots of cockroach sightings, very loud neighbors, unresponsive super/landlord, no sunlight
Advice to owner:
If you don’t like bugs, beware and don’t expect much from the management.
