don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
the apartment itself is fine
Cons:
management does not answer ever, was told there was a live in super when moving in and there’s not, packages get stolen and they don’t do anything about it, don’t respond to calls and emails no matter how many times you try to contact them and when they do and they say they’ll come fix your problem they don’t.

Unresponsive management & bad building conditions
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartment Elevator Convenient location
Cons:
Bad & shady management They fired the super and never hired a new one so there’s no one to attend emergencies or maintenance The heating is noisy (intense banging) and ineffective

Can barely think of two good things to say.
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Close to a lot of things - easy garbage access
Cons:
- nonresponsive super - loudest radiator I've ever heard but maitenence refuses to come check it out - pigeons literally everywhere - slippery front steps
Advice to owner:
- answer the phone when a tenant has a problem - get the radiators fixed - install fans in the bathroom so puddles of water are not constantly forming
