if you get a good deal, it’s a okay place to stay for few years
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Location is great, close to lots of things. -started rent is affordable. -return the deposit back without hassle. As long as you clean it up.
Cons:
-it’s not very clean, some neighbors don’t know how to throw their garbage. -landlord is very GREEDY, will hike the rent super high, (in our case, was rising 75%) -super are lazy, very slow repair. -heavy second hand smoke. If you don’t like, try to avoid this building.
Advice to owner:
Stop being greedy

Awful, disgusting, dangerous
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to main shopping areas (union square and herald square are about 20 minutes away)
Cons:
Drug addicts linger in and around the building, homeless sleep in the staircase. Crime gets reported but nothing changes, roach problem, rat problem, people pee out their windows..
