208 E 28th St: Pretty good
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very convenient location (hospitals nearby, TJs and Target very close, 6 train and M15SBS accessible).
Great super - very responsive and quick to address issues; takes excellent care of shared spaces.
The building is quite nice and the apartments are well played out and relatively spacious.
Cons:
Can get noisy because of ambulances and unruly neighbors.
Management is pretty hard to contact. You’ll probably have to send several emails and call multiple times to get a hold of them.
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive.

Great quiet building
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is well maintained and is a very quiet community.
Cons:
Can take some time to get management to be responsive but really no big issues came up

Overall wonderful place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful lobby and elevator, unique apartments, great location, cannot hear neighbors at all, water pressure great, rent reasonable, huge closets (in my unit at least)
Cons:
Sound carries over from Strauss House down the street, so you can often clearly and loudly hear shouting or music from a boombox if your windows face it. Management terrible at responding to anything, either email or phone. Heat on but not strong in winter, I needed an electric blanket often.
Advice to owner:
Actually answer emails or phone calls in a timely manner

Nice building in a great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved the lobby, location, wood floors and the amount of washer dryers.
Cons:
You have to hound management for a response. Super is much more responsive for the requests he can handle.
Advice to owner:
Please respond to tenants quicker.
