Solid deal, no frills
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s not neglected. The super is around and there is a man mopping, salting, and taking out the trash all the time. It’s regularly exterminated too.
Cons:
I mean it’s not in great shape but that makes sense given the low price we pay. Also the super only responds to really urgent stuff.
Advice to owner:
Our super is responsible for too many buildings! He can’t give his best to everything even though he tries!

Get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very good deal, no hazards, no problems, location for a multi bed apartment for the price is unheard of.
Cons:
Not super responsive to issues that aren’t hazardous but I have seen way worse apartments from my peers.
Advice to owner:
Get our super some more help!
