No Repairs are done after signing the lease.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Target is across the street. Bodega around the corner is open 24/7. Supermarket is a block away. Park is across the street ( a lot of homeless in the park).
Cons:
Live-in super doesn’t do any repairs at all. Like not having a super on site. Had to called Management and a month later it was fixed.
Advice to owner:
Hire a proper Super or if the super needs help hire someone to help him.
