Inhumane water hammer + stolen packages but with a beautiful kitchen island
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful renovations, great location, kitchen island
Cons:
The management refused to fix the horrible water hammer banging noise that went off all winter long due to a pipe in our heater pitched wrong. We couldn’t sleep through the night (even with massive white noise machines and headphones) from October-April. Imagine two pans clanging together every couple of hours for an hour at a time. We tried everything but the beauty of the apt is not worth going insane with no sleep.
Advice to owner:
Fix the packages, lock the laundry room door so people cant sneak in to smoke in the hallways at night, and fix the heater banging noise.

It’s OK
Former Tenant
Pros:
Living room area was spacious, the entrance lets you buzz people in with your phone
Cons:
Beers by the stairs, the outside is really slippery when it snows

Basically a frat house
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are newly renovated. If you want the college frat house experience live here. If you want to live and operate as a well adjusted adult, maybe not.
Cons:
Tenants are like infants, can not clean up for themselves. Hallways are disgusting, covered in beer cans, tenants leave their trash bags outside their doors for days. Roof gets trashed, loud parties from the first floor. Laundry is a nightmare only 2 w/d for 6 floors of tenants. Heat is insane, have to keep windows open all winter. Small apartments.
Advice to owner:

Kind of overpriced but fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
All the apartments are renovated
Cons:
The units themselves are pretty small
Advice to owner:
To be less strict about the roof deck when it is already warm in March Charge less

TERRIBLE & CANT WAIT TO LEAVE
Former Tenant
Pros:
not much going for them
Cons:
managment is awful and doesn’t know how to fix issues especially when being told more than once. so overpriced for what it is
Advice to owner:
Improve responsiveness & maybe clean once in a while
