Nice and quiet
Former Tenant
Pros:
Despite being in Manhattan, it was quiet and noise-free.
The super responds quickly and is very friendly.
I've seen cockroaches twice, but the super immediately scheduled pest control.
The building's location is great, making it easy and convenient to get anywhere.
Cons:
In winter, it gets quite cold, so I used an extra heater.
Occasionally, packages have gone missing. This happened about four times over the year
Advice to owner:
Please continue to be responsible and maintain the good management

Management Do Not Care at All
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly neighbors, good location
Cons:
Elevator always down, claim to have a live in super but the super doesn’t live in the building (his family does) and is totally unresponsive. Poor response to any maintenance requests, pest issues, etc. Management is belittling and clearly does not care. You’re on your own if you live here even if there’s a safety issue.

Comfortable spot in the middle of Kips Bay
Former Tenant
Pros:
- elevator and laundry in building
- some units have terraces and rooftops
Cons:
- location is kips bay - convenient to anywhere on the east side, but not the most "charming" neighborhood
Advice to owner:
more laundry machines

Horrible Super and Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pent house is pretty good to live in
Cons:
Live in super is money hungry and will try to rip you off while you move out. My roommates and I had a clean apartment, we tried to do a walking at the end of the lease, super comes in and says everything is disgusting and we were like how😒. He wouldn’t even say and started to leave and then offers us a shady deal that he knows a guys who’ll give us a good deal on the cleanup and insisted that we got the cleaners through him, probably he had a cut or something. Horrible experience.
They deducted $700 as cleaning fee from the security deposit. We took a video while leaving and still management won’t listen.
Advice to owner:
Hire an honest super and kick out Tony.
