Good building all things considered
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great building for my first apartment in NYC, quiet, clean
Cons:
Lack of package room, had a couple packages stolen. Hot water goes out often during large rainstorms, generally for a day, but up to 3 days

Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighbors, for the most part quiet street, close to absolutely everything.
Cons:
Building management absolutely sucks. The super is nice but management is terrible. To get one thing fixed takes weeks, they like to do things on their time and dime. Will find the cheapest option to fix things. They do not care about you.
Advice to owner:
Find better people in management. They treat tenants very poorly.

Horrible Management Company
Former Tenant
Pros:
None to note
Cons:
Never respond to emails, don’t fix issues, disorganized, don’t care about tenants, horrible employees, make tenants live in inhabitable apartments
Advice to owner:
Be better
