Decent location, poor building management
Former Tenant
Pros:
I was in a large unit for a very affordable price. There is a gym in the building, a door man, and a portal for all apartment-related issues. Unit was renovated prior to move in. Central AC, dishwasher, laundry in building.
Cons:
We had a massive pest issue in our unit and it took months of requests and badgering management to receive any resolution and compensation. The pipes bang for 10+ minutes when the heat turns on, so you will be woken up in the middle of the night by them. This is also on a busy corner, so if you are on a low floor, it will be loud. There is no control over the heat, and the heat radiates out, especially if you are near the boiler, which causes the rooms to be extremely warm when transitioning from fall to winter and winter to spring.
Advice to owner:
control the pests

Building is kind of Falling Apart
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very nice porters and building staff
Cons:
Building has a pest control problem- had a mouse in our very high-floor apartment. Also, lobby smells like trash over the summer since the trash room is on the main level. Building in general is old and is kind of falling apart- regular water outages with super aerated pipes
