Happy with my time here UPDATE: I would not recommend this owner to anyone
Former Tenant
Pros:
I never hear any of our neighbors when we’re in our apartment. The super is responsive to service requests. We’ve had good rent prices for the area while here.
Cons:
Impossible to contact management and they’ve changed their contact information several times over the course of 1 year. It is an old pre war building with rent stabilized units so the hallways, stairwells, and general bones of the building are noticeably old and outdated.
UPDATE: THE BUILDING HAS NOT HAD COOKING GAS FOR FOUR MONTHS and the owners are extremely unresponsive and are not doing anything to fix the problem. Management does not respond to emails or phone calls and is uncoordinated in outreach. Random charges for thousands of dollars regularly appear on our rent ledger without explanation and they claim we haven’t paid rent for a month 8 months later. I think it will be many months before gas service is restored and I could never recommend that anyone agree to rent from these people.
…more than 6 months without gas. Water has gone off and turned brown without notice. Rent stabilized units in the building have been without heat. Very clear that management does not care if their negligence kills someone. They are trying to force people out to make the building more profitable.
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenants when they reach out. Find a new profession.

A place with a good location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location was great
Cons:
Next to school so it was relatively loud during weekdays, packages often left in the unlocked part of the building entrance
