Not bad for murray hill

-Super is very responsive and quick to fix things
-laundry i basement
-great sized apartments for the price
Cons:
-can hear everything through the walls
-old building
-some units not renovated
-gets very hot once the heat is on- cannot control it
Advice to owner:
Work on renovating all the units when possible
