A good starter place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap for location, small building, noisy neighbors from last year moved out, there are fans in my apartment.
Cons:
No laundry in building, bathroom too old, sometimes feel unsafe with no camera in intercom
Advice to owner:
Better security with camera for intercom, newer bathrooms and laundry in building.

Could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
The outside of the building is beautiful, the marble stairs in the lobby are nice. The apartment has a good dishwasher. The fans are good and working.
Cons:
The vines on the building should be cut and taken care of as lots of mosquitoes are attracted to it. Found 2 cockroaches so far this summer, one in the bathtub and one outside on the 2nd floor. The building’s floors are old, the intercom doesn’t work and the doorbell is very old and hardly works.
Advice to owner:
Fix some of these old things you left in these apartments like as mentioned and more.
