Good Location but smal
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super was responsive and helpful. Updated kitchen and bath and security system. Laundry in basement
Cons:
Bedrooms are small. Apartment flooded and heat did not work well (too cold). Appliance broke and was not replaced for two weeks. Management did not answer regarding any incident (super did respond).
Advice to owner:
Increase responsiveness to tenants.

Alright for recent grads
Former Tenant
Pros:
This is a good building for starter apartments. Very small and basic amenities
Cons:
We were without a dishwasher for 4 months with no help from the super :( very frustrating and rent is so high for such a small place. Also, many packages stolen from package room (and package room hours suck).
Advice to owner:
NEW PACKAGE ROOM STAFF AND PROTOCOL PLUS BETTER HOURS
