Garbage outside on street, noise level and regular pest sightings

The collective is meh

Pros:
Laundry in building, and it’s pretty safe.
Cons:
Roaches and rats that run outside of it. We had two mice in our apartment and multiple roaches. It was disgusting.
Advice to owner:
Have a better exterminator
