Pros:
People who live in the building are friendly, somewhat convenient location
Cons:
Super unresponsive and rude landlord/super, super does not take care of building/clean/take out trash, mice, etc
Advice to owner:
Get a new super, clean up the building

Good price, terrible management

Pros:
The apartments themselves are nice and the tenants are awesome
Cons:
Issues with mice. Super is less than helpful and management company doesn’t seem to care about tenants
Advice to owner:
Make strides to improve the quality of the building
