Pros:
All apartments have washer/dryer in unit as well as heated floors in the bathroom Finishes in the apartment are new and have an overall luxury feel
Cons:
There isn't a lot of closet space in the apartments

Supposed to renovate lobby is 6 weeks to 4-5 months. Kept saying it would be done within the allotted time frame.
