LOUD North or South, Just Plain LOUD
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building staff is great, big apt for decent price.
Cons:
The front of the building you deal with street noise, the back you deal with noisy neighbor balconies (parties, dogs - legit any conversation someone has on their balcony, you will hear it).
Advice to owner:
Sound proof windows are NEEDED

Great Apt if You Like Noise
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building staff is the best Studio is an awesome size for the price
Cons:
If you live in the back of the building you will hear every word someone breathes on their balcony from the 2 buildings directly across the courtyard.
Loud house music played by bros at all hours of the day and night? Dogs barking from owners leaving them unattended? WFHers taking conference calls? Crying babies? You’ve got all of it right through the comfort of your terrible windows.
Advice to owner:
Update the windows to make them soundproof or work with adjacent building to set noise policies.
