Nice building but a tad expensive for all amenities

Pros:
Nice neighborhood and clean elevators. Pest control came monthly but have noticed roaches. Updated appliances. Part time doorman very nice and responsive.
Cons:
Building/ apartment was 80 degrees on average. Laundry room was broken for a couple weeks. Saw some cockroaches in apartment. Saw mice and cockroaches in basement. Landlord is doing maintenance on units in the apartment so sometimes noisy. Doorman is only part time.

Well maintained building with a nice staff. Big apartments.
Cons:
Small kitchens in the apartments and heat blasts in the winter
