Good location, ok apartment to live

Pros:
Building is good but older, great location and has laundry in the building. Super is responsive and helpful.
Cons:
Sometimes it takes a while to get things fixed.
The noise levels get loud outside, the laundry in basement is next to trash and can get a bit full on the weekends

Cheap and Good mgmt but Mice problem (as of 2018)

Pros:
Great layout, management very responsive, super is great, neighbors are great.
Cons:
Mouse problem. They were very responsive with sending exterminators but the mice were still in the apt when I left. Keep in mind this was approx 3 years ago and could have been cured by now
