Absolute hell hole.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Centrally located. Close to East River.
Cons:
Noisy. Rodent infested... and I mean INFESTED. Super does the bare minimum, if that. Common areas very dirty, saw it cleaned cleaned maybe 4 times.. Management are non-responsive. Constant ongoing issues.
Advice to owner:
Get a new super!!!

Terrible !
Former Tenant
Pros:
convenient location. That's it .
Cons:
ongoing mice infestation, common areas seldom cleaned, falling apart, constant parties, unresponsive super, thin walls and ceilings (you can hear everyone around you), unresponsive management, ZERO covid management procedures at all, minimal daylight.
