Pros:
The location is good and the apartments have lots of storage space.
Cons:
The super/owner ignores requests to fix issues in the apartments. He had to fix something in my apartment that would take 2 visits, he did one visit fixed a minor issue and never returned to finish the work. The lobby and the stairs are very dirty and disorganized.
Advice to owner:
Hire a super that attend to resident requests and keep the common areas clean.
