Great building, friendly staff, amazing amenities, prime location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location - close proximity to Grand Central and short walk to the East River.
Staff is amazing, might miss the doormen most about the building.
Roof deck is beautiful and has great views, however it could get crowded on a nice Saturday or Sunday.
Cons:
Because building is of younger demographic, occasionally have to deal with music late at night. Otherwise, no cons!
Advice to owner:
Love the building!

Expensive with small size apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Area Cleaniness Maintenance
Cons:
Very expensive for the size.
Building looks like it has lot service apartments so you will see New people everyday
